Math P.O.D. app for iPhone and iPad

I. Math P.O.D. (Problem of the Day) is an app that allows students from grades K-12 an opportunity to get a daily math problem. Students can submit solutions to these problems with the devices camera and have it sent to state certified math teachers who give personalized feedback via video responses. This video feedback allows students an opportunity to improve their process in mathematics and improve their overall results in the classroom. We have produced an app that is not an algorithm creator or a multiple choice generator. We at Math P.O.D. see the value in students explaining, calculating, and sketching their responses within the realm of mathematics.
II. Regarding the Subscription In-App Service.
- The length of the subscription service will be monthly.
- The price of the monthly subscription service is $9.99 a month. This entitles the user for a daily math problem of the day every weekday with a feedback video given to students for each of the weekdays. Weekends and holidays do not have "problem of the days." Students need a holiday too!
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
